We have 23 maintenance service branches throughout Malaysia for our after sales service and maintenance support with sufficient parts availability to assure a minimum downtime. Around two hundred plus support personnel throughout the nation as our backbone, this will definitely bring the confidence and peace of mind to our customers.

In order to enable quick implementation and deployment for different projects, terminal software for each of our kiosk model can be provided. Apart from this, we are capable of providing full solution by working closely with our strategic partners, leading Malaysian software firms who provide full integration service for payment software solution to government, financial and private sectors in the Asia Pacific and Middle East Region.

Trainings are available and will be provided after solution implementation. Besides, APT also provides trainings on ad-hoc basis.
